Marissa Vogel
Founder & Executive Director

Marissa has been in her role as Executive Director since June 2009. Prior to starting up Little Helping Hands, Marissa worked in various for-profit, small, medium-sized, and Fortune 500 companies covering a variety of industries, including telecommunications, K-12 educational publishing, and pharmaceutical services, spending most of her career in strategic marketing and sales support roles. She received her MBA from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and her BA from the University of California at Davis. Marissa has resided in Texas for 14 years and in Austin for 5. She is married with two children, ages 8 and 6.

Grace Ingram-Eiser
Program Manager

Since March 2011, Grace has served as the Program Manager for Little Helping Hands. In this role, she focuses on developing and managing partnerships with area nonprofits and coordinating and managing the volunteer activities. Prior to joining Little Helping Hands, Grace did marketing, admissions, and outreach for a private school in Virginia. She also co-founded and directed a summer leadership camp for middle school girls. Grace received her MBA with honors from Georgetown University and her BA from Yale University. Grace has lived in Austin for 10 years. She is married with two children, ages 8 and 6.

Allison Johnson
Program Coordinator

Allison Johnson joined Little Helping Hands in the Program Coordinator role in January of 2012. Allison worked for a large computer corporation developing pricing for products and services and contributing to marketing strategies. She previously held positions in business consulting assisting companies with process and organizational design and technology solutions. Allison received her MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business and her BA in Marketing and BS in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. Allison has resided in Austin for 9 years. She is married with two children, ages 4 and 1.
